Overview
Hiring on behalf of a client seeking an experienced PMO to support a large scale global business transformation programme.
This role will play a key leadership part in delivering an enterprise wide ERP transformation initiative, migrating legacy systems to a modern SAP S4 HANA environment. The programme focuses on simplifying and standardising core business processes while enabling stronger data driven decision making across the organisation.
You will work closely with global supply chain teams, transformation leaders, and technology stakeholders to manage delivery across multiple regions, ensuring programmes are executed efficiently and aligned with strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Leadership
Support planning and execution of a large scale global transformation programme
Drive delivery across multiple workstreams including planning, design, build, testing and deployment
Maintain programme schedules, milestones and resource capacity planning
Agile Delivery and Governance
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand ups, sprint planning and retrospectives
Manage programme backlogs, roadmaps and delivery metrics to track progress
Promote best practice programme management and Agile delivery
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with global supply chain teams, transformation leaders and technology teams
Provide clear programme updates including milestones, risks and progress
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions and regions
Transformation and Continuous Improvement
Champion continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across programme teams
Identify risks and challenges early and implement proactive solutions
Support cross functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery outcomes
Experience Required
7 plus years experience in technical, operational or programme leadership roles
5 plus years experience managing complex programmes or PMO initiatives
Proven experience delivering large scale transformation or ERP programmes
Strong experience working in complex global or matrix organisations
Technical Knowledge
Strong understanding of ERP platforms such as SAP
Knowledge of global supply chain processes and operational planning
Experience managing programme metrics, schedules and delivery governance
